'We're Catching It Double.' Amid Coronavirus Lockdowns, Gun Violence Continues to Plague ChicagoSince Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker announced a stay-at-home order for the state that went into effect on March 21, there have been over 80 shootings and at least 70 shooting victims, according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD). In the same period at least 12 people have died.
