Putting the Pie in pie chart: Android 9 now on over 10% of devices

It's been months since Google updated the Android version distribution numbers, the last one was in October. Maybe it was waiting until it had good news to share and now it does - Android 9 Pie is on more than 10% of phones. For comparison, Android Oreo was announced in August 2017 and took until July 2018 to crack 10% (actually, it was at 12.1% that month). Pie was launched in August 2018 and it crossed the 10% mark two months earlier. Speaking of Android Oreo (8.0 and 8.1), it also grew. It's now on on over 28% of phones.
