Tripoli Government's Counterattack Promise Lifts Oil JittersThe operation, dubbed “Volcano of Anger,” seeks to “cleanse all Libyan cities of the aggressors,” the Government of National Accord’s military spokesman, Mohamed al-Qonuni, said in a televised statement.
