Dallas Police Officer to be Charged with Manslaughter After Shooting Man in His Own ApartmentPolice said they are unsure of the interaction between the two but at some point she fired her weapon and struck Jean. The officer called 911 and Jean was transported to a local hospital where he died, police said.
