The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, which became official last week, is now up for sale in India. The device is an Amazon India exclusive and costs INR 34,990 (€430). That price nets you a 6GB+64GB model in either Black or White with a 1 year screen protection plan (if you buy between August 27 and September 5). The Galaxy A8 Star has a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 660 chipset, 6GB of RAM, a 3,700mAh battery and three cameras - a 24MP f/1.7 + 16MP f/1.7 dual camera on the back and a 24MP f/2.0 selfie snapper.
