Alcatel 1 Android Go smartphone goes official, costs $89

The entry-level Alcatel 1, detailed specs and renders for which leaked late last week, has now been made official by the company. The device costs $89/€79, and will be available "in select markets" starting July (it's reasonable to assume the US and Europe will be getting it). The device is powered by Mediatek's MT6739 chipset, and sports a 5-inch display of 960x480 pixel resolution (18:9 aspect ratio). RAM is 1GB, while storage is 8GB.
