Samsung Galaxy A6 series gets an update ahead of launch

The Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ were unveiled earlier this month. The devices are yet to be released, but that isn't stopping Samsung from pushing out a new firmware for them. A new firmware (containing the May security patch) for the Indian variants of these devices has been released. The South Korean company is holding a May 21 event in the country, and the A6 series are expected to appear on stage. The Galaxy A6 and A6+ have officially been put on quarterly update cycle, meaning they'll get the latest Android security patches every three months. Via
