US unlocked Galaxy Note8 is now getting Oreo

Recently Samsung promised that the Note8 units sold in the US would be graced with the Oreo update "in the coming weeks", and it has since started to deliver. So far, devices sold by AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint have already tasted the new treat, and starting today the unlocked model is joining in the fun. People who purchased the Note8 in unlocked form in the States are receiving the update notification, which you can check out in all its glory in the screenshots below - they also contain the lengthy changelog.
