Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra and Nokia 8 getting new updates

Sony has started pushing out a new update to its Xperia XA1 Ultra smartphone. It's a security update that bumps the build number from 42.0.A.4.153 to 42.0.A.4.167, and delivers the Android January security patch. There's no information on what other changes (if any) are included in the update. Android OS version stays at 7.0 Nougat as well. Moving on, the Nokia 8 has also started getting the January patch. The update - which also includes fixes for Spectre and Meltdown vulnerabilities - weighs in at around 97MB and is currently hitting units in Europe. Via 1 2
