After dropping hints that the OnePlus 3/3T would get the Face Unlock feature, OnePlus has now confirmed the development. At the recently concluded CES, co-founder and global director Carl Pei said the devices will get the functionality in an upcoming beta build. T-Mobile has confirmed the Oreo update for a couple of affordable Samsung devices on its network. Sony has started pushing out a new update to its Xperia XA1 and XA1 Plus smartphones. Arriving as build number 40.0.A.6.189 and 48.0.A.1.131, respectively, the update brings along Android security fixes for the month of January.
