Samsung makes Spotify its go-to music platform

On Thursday Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note9 smartphone, the Galaxy Watch, and the smart speaker with Bixby called Galaxy Home. There was also a partnership announcement, where the Korean company is teaming up with Spotify to provide seamless music experience across plenty of devices. Daniel Ek, Spotify CEO, explained later in a press release some details about the deal. All new Samsung smartphone owners will have the Spotify app on Samsung Smart Switch and when they launch the music service, you will be immediately prompted to link accounts from the two networks. HTC confirms Android 9.0 Pie update for 4 of its phones

HTC is yet another maker to detail its plans for Android 9.0 Pie updates. It announced which of its phones are getting the delicious Pie update in a tweet yesteraday. Fortnite for Android is no longer limited to Samsung devices but you still need to wait

When Samsung launched the Galaxy Note9 a few days ago, it announced a partnership with Epic Games. As part of the deal, Fortnite was exclusive to Samsung devices for the first few days before going public. Well, that period has ended and you can now download the official installer and run it on your non-Samsung smartphone. But don't get too excited. As the game is still in beta testing, there are limited slots available and unless you have an invite, you can't download it.
